How do I upgrade my service?

Solution:

This article explains how to upgrade a specific service.

1. Login to the secure clients area at https://clients.mxtools.co.uk
2. Select the "My Products & Services" menu option
3. From the list of services click on the "View Details" button of the service you wish to cancel.
4. This will take you to a details page where you can click on the tab labelled "Management Actions".
5. Then click on the option "Upgrade/Downgrade"
6. Select the service you wish to upgrade to and then follow the cart process.
